"Et Tu, Bootay?" is the eighteenth episode of Season 8.

Synopsis[]

With rehearsals for the spring show "Julia!" (a gender-swapped musical version of Shakespeare's "Julius Caesar" set in 1980s Long Island) in full swing, the theater department seems to be on top of the world; that is, if Maya and her co-conspirators can keep seventy-six mouths shut about the reason they were missing. Rocky comes down with walking pneumonia and their usual computer-lab supervisor duty is shifted to fiancée Hannah, who discovers a printout of a list ranking faculty and staff by the niceness of their butts stuck in the school's newest laser printer. Meanwhile, with many of the theater students up to their ears in summer-stock auditions, college decisions, and ludicrously involved history assignments (thanks, Dave!), they find themselves too busy to stop by JJ's office for measurements, forcing the designer to work with the information he already has. While the older students don't pose much of a problem, the spring break growth spurts of a few of the underclassmen cause a few near-wardrobe-malfunctions at the initial costume parade and the design team must work overtime to make sure the show is more Flashdance and not Flashass.
